The gym is very clean, safe and super high tech, Dani the co-owner was right on hand to guide me through the functions of the machines and to get my booty training the right way.
I’m in my 50’s and felt very comfortable training in a gym filled with other confident and friendly women. No men eyeing you while you make the correct(embarrassing at times) moves for the machine and my muscles to train properly!

Need to Know
Is it women-only?
Yep. If you’re a biological female, you’re welcome. Sorry boys this gym isn’t for you. We’re a fitness space designed exclusively for women.
What are the opening hours?
05:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
Do I need to book in advance?
All classes require booking, which can be done by logging in here or via the TheGluteShop app. Gym access does not require a booking but does require a membership.
Is The Glute Shop a beginner-friendly gym?
100%! Our gym is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to lifting or a seasoned squatter, we’ll help you feel confident and strong.
We also provide fully built workouts to follow along, specifically tailored to our gym and equipment.
Can I record my workouts or post on social media?
Yes! We encourage user-generated content. Share your progress, film your lifts, and tag us. This is your space to shine.
Can I cancel my slot?
Yes, we ask you to please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it.
Late cancellations or no shows will count as a used class.

Do you offer classes?
Yes. We run two signature styles.
Booty Boost is all about lower body and glute activation. Think targeted movements, great music, and serious peach focus.
Total Body Circuits are fast paced, high energy sessions using our machines plus different stations around the gym for a full body burn.
